Appalling service and customer support, Def my last ordee

I made a mistake in my order but VPZ personnel were very attentive and helped to correct.

You did terrible you sent wrong thing now I have to take it back to the shop second time you messed up my order will not be ordering online ahain

First of all it took nearly a week to receive my order but that aside the worst part is the product received.
There is a certain liquid I have been using for many years: Cream Puff Factory Vanilla - I bought it a few times from VPZ stores and other places when it was made originally by Ruthless then P-Vaper. The quality was always consistent and IMO one of the best eliquids available.
Now I was glad to see that VPZ still stocked the liquid and ordered some - what was received though was nothing like the original liquid I have been purchasing for many years, it is cloudy and smells and tastes totally different, it is not usable for me. They should not be selling this stuff under the Cream Puff Factory brand name.
I was so dissapointed to receive this inferior liquid in place of something that used to be so good and will never purchase from VPZ again either in store or online.

Good service and delivered in time, only problem for example I can't select different flavour in vape liquids when I want buy 5 to get it at certain price, for a example 3 × menthol flavour plus 2 × Apple flavour, which I could do in the store

This is the 1st time I’ve ever had any issues with any products from VPZ. After ordering a new device and batteries and liquids the batteries I received would not charge. After many emails they offered to send me a free charger for the batteries then I was advised there were no chargers and to charge the batteries internally inside my device!! After many more emails advising AGAIN the batteries would not charge in my device I requested a refund again. Now I’ve had a fill in a form to request this and await its approval. Not happy, a week later and still no batteries and as a regular customer who has spent a lot of money over the years I will never buy from the shop again All this hassle instead of sending replacement batteries as initially requested.

Sent the wrong juice. Figured it would take ages to right the problem, so I just accepted the iceless juice you decided for me.

Good service

I only use vpz for my oil but I found it took to long for the delivery I had to buy a cheap bottle of oil from another shop and it was horrible I hope the shop doesn't close again.
